Eligibility Criteria #
Educational Qualifications
Each post requires specific minimum qualifications:
- Field Attendant: Middle Pass or ITI
- Maintenance Assistant (Elect): ITI in Electrical
- Maintenance Assistant (Mech): ITI in Fitter, Welder, Machinist, Motor/Diesel Mechanic, Auto Electrician
- Electrician, HEM Mechanic, Electronics Tech, HEM Operator, MCO: 3-year Diploma in relevant discipline
- QCA: B.Sc. in Chemistry/Geology with 1-year sampling experience
- Blaster: Matric/ITI + Blaster/Mining Mate & First Aid Certificate + 3 years’ experience
Note: Higher qualifications than those prescribed will lead to rejection.
Age Criteria
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years as on 14.06.2025
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: As per GoI rules
- Meritorious Sports Persons: 5 years
Salary and Stipend Details #
Selected candidates will undergo 18 months of training, split into two phases:

Selection Process #
The recruitment involves a two-stage selection:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) / OMR-Based Test
- Second Level Test (Trade Test / Physical Ability Test)

Field Attendant:
- General Knowledge – 70 marks
- Numerical & Reasoning Ability – 30 marks
All Other Posts:
- Subject Knowledge (Trade-specific) – 30 marks
- General Knowledge – 50 marks
- Numerical & Reasoning Ability – 20 marks
Minimum Qualifying Marks (Stage 1)
- UR/EWS: 50 marks
- OBC (NCL): 45 marks
- SC/ST/PwBD: 40 marks
Second Level Test
- Field Attendant: Physical Test (Qualifying)
- Others: Trade Test (Qualifying)
Qualifying Marks for Trade Test:
- UR/EWS: 40%
- OBC (NCL): 37%
- SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
