Eligibility Criteria #
General Requirements:
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Should be able to read, write, and speak the official language(s) of the District (Telugu, Urdu, etc.)
Age Limit (As on 01.07.2025):
- Minimum: 18 Years
- Maximum: 42 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per state rules for SC/ST/BC/PH/Ex-Servicemen.
Educational Qualifications (Post-wise):
- Junior Assistant / Typist / Copyist / Examiner / Record Assistant / Field Assistant: Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Stenographer Grade-III: Intermediate with shorthand and typing qualification.
- Process Server: SSC or equivalent.
- Driver: SSC with a valid driving license.
- Office Subordinate: Passed 7th class.
Note: For Typist and Copyist posts, candidates with visual or hearing disabilities are not eligible.
Application Process & Step-by-Step Guide #
Part A: One Time Profile Registration (OTPR)

- Fill in personal, educational, and communication details.
- Choose exam and judicial district preferences.
- Upload photo and signature.
- Submit and receive OTPR ID & Password via email/SMS.
Part B: Post-wise Application
- Log in with OTPR ID and Password.
- Choose the desired post and judicial district(s).
- Fill academic qualifications, language proficiency, and declaration.
- Upload necessary documents.
- Make payment online.
- Receive application number and confirmation via SMS/email.
