Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria as of the closing date of the application (May 30, 2025):
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Educational Qualifications: The essential qualifications specified for each post must be completed within the stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University.
- For M.Sc. based posts (Post Codes 20, 21, 22, 23): M.Sc./M.Sc. (Tech) degree with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all semesters) or a CGPA grading of 6.84 on a 10-point scale. Additionally, the pre-eligibility qualification (B.Sc.) must have an aggregate minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA grading of 6.5 on a 10-point scale.
- For M.E./M.Tech based posts (Post Codes 24, 25, 26): M.E./M.Tech degree with an aggregate minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10-point scale. Additionally, the pre-eligibility qualification (B.E./B.Tech or B.Arch) must have an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all semesters) or a CGPA/CPI grading of 6.84 on a 10-point scale.
- Candidates with AMIE must have a minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in Section B alone. Note: Candidates who registered for AMIE after May 31, 2013, will not be considered.

- Important: The last date for submission of the application form (May 30, 2025) is also the last date for payment of fees. There is no extended date for fee payment.
- No Other Mode: Payment through cash, cheque, draft, money order, IPO, etc., is not accepted.
- Refund Process: Refunds will strictly be made only to the bank account details provided by the candidate in their online application.
