Eligibility Criteria #
Level-I (PRT) – Class 1 to 5
- Option 1: 10+2 with 50% + 2-Year D.El.Ed / D.Ed / B.EI.Ed (appearing/passed)
- Option 2: 10+2 with 45% + 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education (as per NCTE norms)
- Option 3: Graduation + 2-Year D.El.Ed / D.Ed / B.EI.Ed
Level-II (TGT) – Class 6 to 8
- Option 1: Graduation with 50% + 2-Year D.El.Ed
- Option 2: Graduation with 50% + B.Ed / Special B.Ed
- Option 3: 10+2 with 50% + 4-Year BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed / B.Com B.Ed
Level-III (PGT) – Class 9 to 12
- Master’s Degree in relevant subject with at least 50% marks + B.Ed Degree
Note: Final-year appearing candidates in required qualifications are also eligible.

- Candidates who qualify will receive a HTET Certificate, which is now valid for a lifetime.
- The certificate is mandatory for applying to government teaching jobs in Haryana.
